Shiitake mushrooms are easy to grow at home or in a greenhouse since the bag will come fully colonized. All you need to do is put the bag in the refrigerator for around 24 hours. You can cut the bag open after taking it from the fridge. Temperatures around 60-70f would create a better environment.
