The future is growing , cultivate today. 10 pack of grow bags. Each bag weighs 1.5lbs and contains 3 layers of sterilized mushroom grow media (spores not included). This item is ideal for growing compost/manure growing mushrooms like portabella, cremini, wine cap and many more exotic varieties. The first substrate layer is milo grain located behind a self healing injection port.

Grain is for the initial colonization and is comprised of hydrated and sterilized milo (sorghum). The second layer contains the bulk substrate in which the mycelium will mature in. The bulk substrate is a blend of coco coir, aged manure and compost. The top layer is the casing layer. This layer is comprised of hydrated straw. The straw layer helps provide structure and a micro climate. This item is made of sterilized grain, compost manure substrate, injection port and bags.
