The pod sleeves are reusable, so you won't have to spend time cutting through your pods to free the established root systems of new seedlings. Simply spread the pod "wings" and easily remove your seedling or rooted cutting. The iris caps allow seeds to germinate and establish themselves while reducing algal growth in your aerogarden.

The cover caps prevent algal growth in any aerogarden'bays' that you are not currently using. The pod necks hold the pod sleeves in place while your seedlings establish themselves. Our system allows you to reduce plastic waste by reusing the pod sleeves over and over.

Use them the same as you would your previous aerogarden pods. Each adaptapod component is printed in non-toxic petg.

Petg is chosen for its flexibility, toughness, chemical resistance, and temperature resistance. Cleaning recommendations: if your adaptapods become stained, we recommend cleaning any algal growth or other staining with a 10% bleach solution, a 50% hydrogen peroxide solution, a 50% white vinegar solution, or dish detergent. The white adaptapods are most prone to staining over time and we recommend a 10% bleach solution for removing algae buildup.
