4 x Sun Board DIY kit 384 Samsung lm561c LEDs Quantum Grow Light Meanwell HLG Driver and heatsinks

  

This is a diy 160w led strip grow light kit. Build up to a 18" x 36" light thats over 4 times the physical size of. The average quantum style board using samsung diodes.

And a meanwell hlg driver. 4 - 3500k samsung lm561c top bin 96 diode strips.

4 - 40mm x 450mm heatsinks (we also have 40mm x 860mm 2-strip heatsinks optional). 2 - pcs 1/2" 18ga aluminum angle in 18", 24", 32", or 36 (custom or longer strips optional). 30mm double sided thermal tape pre-applied to boards. Meanwell hlg-150h-48a w/internal potentiometers for dimming. Wago connectors for power and led hookup.

3 ft power cord for driver(6-footer available). 5 feet of solid core 18ga wire to hook strips up. Assorted screws(to build frame).

Dual connectors(easier to wire in series and/or parallel). This listing is for 4 of these strips with heatsinks to mount them on, aluminum angle(2 each of 18", 24", 32" or 36" length) to build a frame with and everything you need to get them growing, including a meanwell hlg-150h-48a w internal pots for dimming and power cable for driver. We will pre-apply 30mm double sided thermal conductive tape on the boards for you so all you will need to do is pull the release paper and press them onto your heatsinks for great holding power plus the benefit of transferring the heat to the heatsink much better. All you will need is a drill and 1/8 bit and a good phillips screwdriver.

These are 30mmx400mm (approximately 1.2 inch x 16 inches) 96 diode strips using the samsung lm561c top bin diodes. You get 4 of the 40mm x 450mm heatsinks (40mm x 860mm heatsinks are available as an option). Either size will make it easy to build a frame for your light as well as keep your strips cooler, thus increasing the efficiency and the life of your strips. These are not quantum brand boards. These do use the same true samsung lm561c leds and have the wire hook-ups on each end of the board making it so much easier and less messy to wire them in series.

For the size, number of leds, efficiency, versatility, and power capability, you won't find a better deal than these strips. This listing is for 4 of the 3500k strips. I also have the 6500k(recommended for vegetation), the 5000k, and the 2700k(which is recommended for the flowering stage).

They are rated at 24v and 1400-1800ma per strip and can handle a little more, but are much more efficient in the 1400ma range. There are many other configurations that work(too many for me to list), but plenty of resources out there to learn a little about wiring them different ways to help you decide which way you wanna set yours up.
