It's a step by step approach; cut the lumber, build that part and then move on to the next drawing. You will be following me along in the photos and instructions as i build this same exact one. The design allows easy to attach shelving on the sides and back and even in the corners.

It may seem small but the inside utilizes all the space so you can grow double the number of plants.
Tools: the instruction include how you build the windows and doors so you should have a pocket hole jig kit for making frames (they are relatively inexpensive and easy to use). There is a lot of wood to cut. So, i recommend a "miter saw" with the ability to cut at 45 degree angles and a level platform extension to hold the longer boards up. And of course, i recommend a battery operated "drill".
These are all common tools you can pick out from a local hardware store. You do not need a fancy setup to build these greenhouses. They are not that difficult to build but it does take time.
