This is the galnut malt extract + micronutrient mushroom agar plates mixture that we use in our lab. We have not come across a mushroom that will not grow mycelium in this agar formula. It is optimized to reduce contamination, and to maximize mycelium growth. This item is made of agar, malt extract and nutritional yeast.
