Simply follow the instructions included online and enjoy the satisfaction of growing your own mushrooms at home. What do we do to ensure our precision quality. The local organic grain we use is rinsed clean x5 , then soaked in a high grade gypsum/coffee super blend.

Then we mix for 20 hours to be boiled and dryed. After that we bag it up and pressure sterilise for a minimum of 2 hours & 30 minutes , onwards to be vacuum sealed in front of a 99% laminar flow hood for extra sterile safety and quality control to keep that dreaded green mould at bay.
