920g hydrated lime food grade / kalkwasser / calcium hydroxide / slaked lime. Mycology - pasteurization of straw, fruiting blocks and casing layers by raising the ph and inhibiting contaminants. Food processing (canning, pickling, nixtamalization).

Increase ph of acidic soils - adds calcium and improves soil structure. Increase ph on water tanks / aquariums (also known as kalkwasser among aquarium hobbyists - adds calcium and magnesium). Chemical formula: ca(oh)2.
