Elbow Insert for 2 x 2 Aluminum Tubes- Right Hand, Hidden Hinge and Top Hanging Roller Mounting Capable BiFold Frame Corner Elbow

  
This is a unique elbow bracket which allows easy and strong corners creation for 2" square steel or aluminum tubing which have wall thicknesses equal to or less than 1/8". This elbow mounts on the right side panel.

This elbow provides a pocket to house a hidden hinge mechanism and a recessed pocket to mount a top roller hanger for bifold panels. Simply slide straight cut tubes over the two ends of this bracket. The rivet nuts in this bracket are located at simple and easy measurement locations which make it easy to drill matching holes to align with them. Uses 10-32 x 3/4" flat head machined screws with loctite compound (included) to secure 2" tubes to the inner tube using 8 screws.

Very useful where a perfect 90 degree angled strong corner is required between 2 square tubes when creating bifold panels. This bracket eliminates complex field work, saves lots of labor, and makes tube frame super strong with a perfect 90 degree angled corners. This bracket is constructed from 1/8 thick high strength steel. Mitered 2 aluminum tube pieces with hidden hinge pocket and top roller hanger recessed pocket are included. Included are 10-32 x 3/4 flat head machined screws and thin nylon washers.
