French Antique Hand-blown Green Glass Dome Antique Garden Globe for Veggie Safe Keeping and Growing

  
French antique hand-blown green glass dome / antique garden cloche / plant bell. This is a rather large thick green glass dome used by gardeners, before the avent of plastic, to help protect growing seeds from frost and bugs. This one has a rather unusual narrow and elongated shape and is also real heavy. Condition is good with ni visible chips or cracks. Dimensions: 13" tall x 9"1/2 in diameter at base. All of the items that i sell are vintage or antique which means that they have varying degrees of wear.
