Our fully automated 16-20lb a month climate controlled greenhouse holds up to 20 trays each equivalent to 56 quart monotubs, with liners to prevent losses from side pinning. Relative humidity is taken care of by the two 4 liter misters on timed cycles.
There is no issue as far as incubation or fruiting in our greenhouse that hasnt been addressed. You can inoculate all your spawn, and store on the shelves until fruiting time. Set your lights, and fan to kick on from 7am-7pm. Once your colonized spawn is ready, mix with your substrate, fill your trays, level off the tops, then cover them with foil or seran wrap and poke 8 evenly spaced pin holes in the tops of each tray, then after 15 days uncover your trays, flip on your greenhouse, then sit back and wait to pick your 3 flush harvest.
This setup is perfect for small scale commercial grows, or individuals wanting to grow commercial quantities, without the manpower, or space. Our greenhouse makes things easy, and allows one grower to produce 16-20 pounds each month while only dedicating part time hours to their operation.
You can grow up to 20 different species strains at one time. Or you can grow 3-4 trays and scale up as you learn.
Our 16-20lb a month fully automated greenhouse has lights and mist on all three levels and on both sides so you can configure things a little different than what you see pictured, and add more trays, or flip your trays sideways so there's no overhang. You can also store the timers and power supplies inside or outside the greenhouse. There are alot of different options for setup but the provided guide and instructions are for this setup only.
