All of our liquid cultures are freshly extracted from our master jars, which are routinely tested to ensure the exclusive growth of the desired mycelium. Liquid culture (lc) consists of live mushroom mycelium suspended in a nutritious liquid medium. It can be stored at room temperature for warm-weather species like pink oyster or refrigerated for all other species, lasting up to a year or longer.
