Grown using this exact tub. Inject millet grain bag with your own liquid culture syringe and wait for the wait to fully colonise. Inject an agar cup with your own liquid culture syringe and wait for the cup to fully colonise. Once fully colonised, add the agar to your millet grain bag and wait for full colonisation.

Add both your colonised grains and cvg bag to your monotub. Add micropore tape to cover the monotub holes and leave the tape on throughout the entire growth cycle. Place your monotub near a source of fresh air/window open after the substrate has gone white and fully colonised. By leaving the micropore tape over the holes, you're allowing fresh, filtered air to enter the tub.

No need to fan or mist, just play the waiting game. Make sure your ambient room temperature is between 24-26c and fresh air is flowing in your room/tub with the micropore tape always covering the holes. External l 390 x w 287 x h 256 mm. Internal l 300 x w 230 x h 235 mm. Add 3.2kg (cvg) substrate & up to 1.6kg of grain spawn. Fill to the black rim beneath the holes.
