3x all-in-one mushroom grow jars, 1 lb. 1 pound organic sterilized rye + cvg. Fruit directly from the jar or transfer to a monotub when fully colonized all you have to supply is mushroom spores/culture (not included) and the jars will do the rest of the work for you. Organic rye berries are soaked for 24 hours in gypsum water then boiled for optimal hydration. Our tried and true mushroom cvg substrate is hydrated to field capacity and added to the grow bag before sterilization.
