2 modified liquid culture lids. Lids are made from high quality ball or bedgeta brand to ensure it's pressure cooker safe to last. Pick your option to fit wide mouth or regular size canning jars.

The main feature is the easy syringe attachment on/off stopcock valve that get all of the live culture from the bottom of your jar and into your syringe. Comes with the red stem cap (pictured), that is placed on during the pressure cooking sterilization process. The on/off stopcock valve is individually steriized pre-packaged.
