Dimensions: base: 212 x 112mm top: 207 x 107mm depth: 59mm. Material: recyclable 1.5mm petg plastic. Clean the mold using isopropyl alcohol or soapy warm water.

Populate the mold with our growth medium roughly 780g of a sawdust and bran mixture or 710g of hemp hurd or use your own growth medium. Cover with cling foil and secure with some holes for ventilation. Place in a warm area to facilitate growth. Mycelium forms are naturally grown, not machine-made, so slight imperfections or variations in texture and shape are to be expected.
