Pour your plates for microorganism cultivation projects. 1 dissolve 30g in 1 litre of warm water. 2 autoclave/pressure cook for 15 minutes, ensuring sterility thereafter.

3 pour into petri dishes and leave to set for 10 minutes, then inoculate. 1 litre of liquid agar will prepare approximately 50 petri dishes at 20ml per dish.
