Traditional style shepherds hut 18 feet long by 8 feet wide built on a steel chassis with hand made solid steel wheels. Black plastisol roof and exterior wall cladding, hardwood windows x3 with lead flashing and hardwood double stable door, floor made from 95mmx45mm treated timber, walls made from 70mmx45mm treated timber, curved roof made from 70mmx45mm treated timber&marine grade plywood, inside floor made with 18mm osb3 board and covered in 12mm oak effect laminate flooring.

Fully insulated with earthwool insulation, outer frame covered in 9mm structural plywood and wrapped in vent3 membrane as is the roof structure. The inside walls are made from moisture resistant mdf, inside roof is made from redwood t&g all finished with bullnose skirting around floor, roof, windows &door and painted in brilliant white emulsion paint. Comes with 6x double sockets 2 with usb ports, 6x wall lights, 8 way 80amp consumer unit for if you want add extra appliances, 2 outside lantern style led lights, also comes with wooden steps that are treated and painted black i think i have listed everything would make a fantastic home office or could be made into a wonderful living area.
